FROZEN PIZZA FUNDRAISER COUPONS

Coupons are $13 each or 2 for $25. Prepayment is required at time of purchase. Coupons will be mailed approximately 4 weeks from purchase.

Each coupon is good for one 9” frozen pizza (cheese, sausage, pepperoni, or spinach ONLY). Once you receive your coupons your pizza can picked up at any of the Lou Malnati’s locations. There are 58 locations in Illinois, 4 locations in Wisconsin, 6 locations in Arizona, and 4 locations in Indiana.

The fine print:

Coupons are good for 1 year. There are no substitutes permitted. Coupons cannot be used toward other food items, online orders, or Tastes of Chicago.

Coupons are not good for deliveries.
